Dr. Anmol Agarwal is an award-winning senior security researcher working to secure emerging technologies. She specializes in AI security. She also provides technology training and consulting to the public and to various organizations through her company, Alora Tech, in order to demystify technology for everyone. Dr. Agarwal is also an active speaker and has spoken at numerous international events and conferences to educate the public about cybersecurity and data science. She is also an adjunct professor at the George Washington University.
She has a Doctor of Engineering degree in cybersecurity analytics from the George Washington University. Her research focused on privacy-preserving Machine Learning and the security vulnerabilities of Machine Learning algorithms. She also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering. Dr. Agarwal regularly posts content and writes research papers about cybersecurity and AI and has contributed work to prestigious international conferences such as IEEE Smart Nets.
Dr. Agarwal has been recognized in the industry with multiple awards. She won the WomenTech Network Global Speaker of the Year award and has been recognized as a Top Cybersecurity Leader by Security Magazine in March 2025. She was also recognized as a Cyber25 Women of Impact for her innovative thought leadership and for shaping the future of the cybersecurity industry through her work in AI security. In addition, she has been a finalist for many prestigious awards in the industry including Cybersecurity Personality of the Year and Cyber Women of the Year.
In her free time, Dr. Anmol Agarwal mentors others in the field to encourage others to pursue careers in technology and in STEM, volunteering at various outreach organizations including Women in CyberSecurity and Cyversity.
