About
I am working on a Master's Degree in Business Administration at this time, and recently decided to transfer from the University of Baltimore back to the University of the Cumberlands via online platform to complete this degree. I hope to diversify and expand upon prior education obtained through my PhD in Leadership studies as well as prior coursework to be at the cutting edge in the utilization of both business-related concepts and leadership theories to succeed in mid-management and to later move on to management levels.
In December of 2023, I obtained a PhD in Leadership Studies with a focus in business. My research exemplifies the inherent fact that women are natural-born leaders during my studies and through my doctoral work.
In May of 2019, I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Law, specializing in Administrative and Regulatory Compliance in May 2019 from Regent University.
Further, I obtained an Master of Science degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore in December 2016.
Lastly, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jurisprudence and minored in Economics and Public Policy in May of 2014, graduating with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude.
My relevant skill sets include: providing excellent customer service and support services, editing, information compilation, time management, research, writing.
My primary full time work experience has been in federal service and, prior, in part time university settings as well as internships and part time work experience.
My passions are leadership, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion for those with disabilities, and commitment to strong ideals of honesty, integrity, and excellence.
