About

I’ve spent the last 20 years solving big health and science communication challenges in the biopharmaceutical industry and for the U.S. government. I specialize in building metrics-driven communications programs from the ground up, and streamlining complicated messages—and processes—including crisis response.

I’ve been a one-person shop or lead of a small team for most of my career, so I’ve been hands-on with all parts of the communications cycle—from big picture strategy, to forming implementation plans, to the tiny details of making it happen. (Why yes, I do know how to fix that weird issue with the website and keep digital audiences engaged on slow news days.)

I get things done. If you need help with a health or science communications challenge, contact me.
