Tech + Policy + Strategy

Over the past 20 years, I’ve led digital transformation inside some of the most complex and high-stakes environments in government—most recently as a Senior Executive at the IRS, where I created and scaled the agency’s first enterprise user experience capability. I’ve worked across silos, sectors, and ideologies to align good policy ideas with the delivery systems that actually reach people.
The mission that motivates me is building institutional trust in order to continue to prove that democracy works. Government legitimacy is built (or lost) in the everyday experience of interacting with it.
I’ve built functions from the ground up, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, led interdisciplinary teams, and driven culture change at scale. Whether helping communities access infrastructure funding, improving the user experience of tax filing, or supporting global public goods like food security and nutrition, I’ve focused on one question: What would it take for this system to work better—for real people, right now?
I earned my MPP from Georgetown while working full-time in digital product management, and that experience clarified for me that the greatest missing link in public policy is delivery. Since then, I’ve worked to close that policy implementation gap by building capacity where it doesn’t yet exist, modernizing where it’s stuck, and connecting mission to execution.
