About

I’m a mission-driven program strategist and former federal officer with over seven years of experience leading cross-agency initiatives at USAID, CBP, USCIS, and FEMA Corps. My career has centered on international exchange, humanitarian coordination, acquisition oversight, and emergency readiness. I’ve built a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where diplomacy, logistics, and policy intersect.

Most recently at USAID, I served as a Management Program Analyst, overseeing a $26 million global readiness contract and a $5 million analytics initiative aimed at improving crisis forecasting and deployment support. I led annual readiness assessments, supported evacuations through the agency’s Critical Coordination Structure, and helped drive climate and sustainability goals. I also co-led the office’s 2025 reorganization planning and designed USAID’s first post-pandemic staff retreat.

Before USAID, I managed acquisition programs for CBP’s Tactical Aviation division, supported asylum surge operations for USCIS with field deployments to detention centers, and led disaster response missions through FEMA Corps in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Southeast. Throughout my federal service, I’ve supported cooperative agreements, drafted internal policy, and served as a connector across agencies, partners, and field teams.

I hold a Master’s in International Affairs from George Washington University and a B.A. from American University. My graduate thesis on the forced deportation of Ukrainian youth to Russia was supported by the State Department and presented at Columbia University’s ASN World Convention. I speak Greek fluently, have working proficiency in French, and hold an active TS Clearance (SCI Eligibility).

I’m especially passionate about building programs that serve people first and I’m always looking for opportunities to contribute to work that bridges sectors, scales solutions, and drives meaningful change.
