About
Bridgette has gained over a decade of experience as a graphic designer since obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Parsons School of Design where she majored in Illustration. For the last six years she has established herself as an accessible graphic design specialist, and a subject matter expert on Section 508 compliance and WCAG and PDF/UA accessibility standards. Her work with NCEI for NOAA resulted in the first fully accessible digital publications of their largest reports- the State of the Climate report for BAMS, and the National Climate Assessment for GCRP. She has previously worked as a contract and freelance brand developer, creating many logos, graphics, and illustrations that follow a wide variety of styles and guidelines.
