About

I design data-driven funding and program strategies—and then build the partnerships, systems, and tools that make them work.

I have 15+ years of experience helping funders and development agencies invest more effectively in education and workforce development, alongside work in youth development, conservation, housing, and community development. I turn research and program evidence into investment strategies, portfolios, and implementation models that improve outcomes, and I enjoy working with diverse stakeholders to coalesce around shared goals and shared metrics of success.

Highlights include launching and operationalizing a multi-stakeholder philanthropic alliance with 12 partner organizations, contributing to a U.S. Government–wide basic education investment strategy affecting tens of millions of learners globally, and leading program and training redesigns that produced measurable performance improvements. I am particularly strong at connecting big-picture strategy to the practical details of governance, performance management, and day-to-day program operations.

I’ve worked with governments, private sector, academia, multilaterals, and NGOs, and have experience across communities in the United States and more than a dozen countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. I’m a collaborative team member and systems thinker, invested in data-driven and locally led solutions that expand opportunity and well-being.

I hold a Masters in Development Practice from Emory University, as well as a Masters in Teaching and a BA in Spanish from University of Virginia. Outside of work I'm an outdoor enthusiast, gardener, dog mom and novice baker.
