Former Federal Prosecutor | Law Firm Partner | Cyber & AI

I served in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, most recently as Deputy Criminal Chief. I also served as Chief and Deputy Chief of the Economic and Environmental Crimes Section, Deputy Chief of the Major Crimes Section, and as the district's Digital Asset Coordinator and Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (CHIP) Coordinator. My work centered on cybercrime, cryptocurrency, and large-scale fraud, including the Department's disruption of the BlackCat (ALPHV) ransomware organization. Before Miami, I prosecuted violent crime, child abuse, and juvenile cases as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
I am now a partner at Dynamis LLP in Miami, where I represent individuals and companies in white-collar, cyber, and digital asset matters. I also teach technology and cybersecurity law at Florida State University College of Law.
