About
I am an Associate Certified Executive Coach (ACC), co-founder of AID Coaching (www.aidcoaching.com) -a network of former USAID coaches dedicated to helping mission-driven professionals transition to new careers - and owner of Apulit Consulting.
At Apulit Consulting, I partner with leaders, teams, and organizations to navigate growth, transition, and complexity. Through coaching, facilitation, and organizational development, I help build the clarity, trust, and systems required for sustainable impact.
As an executive and career coach, I support leaders at all stages of their career journey to manage transitions, explore alignment of values and beliefs, and strengthen personal and professional resilience and well-being. Through AID Coaching, our network of International Coaching Federation-trained coaches is providing human-centered career transition coaching and peer support to hundreds of professionals experiencing job loss and disruption worldwide.
To support leaders and organizations, I draw on my 20 years of experience managing teams and multi-million dollar projects to deliver health and development results in low and middle income countries across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Throughout my career in the public and non-profit sectors, I created collaborative partnerships to achieve global and country health goals. I am skilled in building coalitions with governments, development agencies, private sector and civil society. I have a proven track record managing multi-cultural teams of up to 18 to optimize staff potential and engagement.
I have made difficult decisions, navigated organizational politics, led through crises like Ebola and COVID-19 and built teams from the ground up. I bring this lived experience to my work as a coach and consultant.
