I am a Senior Managing Counsel for Privacy and Data Protection at Mastercard. Prior to joining Mastercard, I was an Assistant General Counsel at the National Security Agency. I am also a law professor teaching cybersecurity and cybercrime law at the University of Nebraska College of Law.
