Courtland L. Roberts

Courtland's practice focuses on the resolution of Federal income tax controversies with the IRS. He advises clients throughout all administrative phases of a controversy, including audit, administrative appeals, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He has helped clients successfully resolve their cases in courts throughout the country.

Courtland also handles corporate tax planning related to domestic and international transactions, including international joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He assists clients with the implementation of global tax structures and strategies.

Served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph H. Gale, researching and drafting opinions, orders, and bench memoranda.
