About

I have more than 30 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions providing comprehensive administrative support to Federal government and private sector executives, managers, and staff.

I have over 21 years of experience working at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).  I am the Program Analyst in the Technical Support Office for the Europe and Eurasia Regional Bureau.  This position requires effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  I am responsible for all procurement tasks and travel arrangements for the staff in TSO and assist other offices within the Europe and Eurasia Regional Bureau when needed on procurement and travel actions.

I began my tenure at USAID as an institutional contractor under the Global Health Support Services Contract.  My first position was as a Front Office Assistant for the Office of Health Infectious Disease and Nutrition (HIDN)  in the Bureau for Global Health.  This position enabled me to gain knowledge about rules, guidelines, and procedures for creating, developing, and editing memos and briefers for USAID.  I was responsible for closing out contracts and grants for the HIDN as well as tracking taskers assigned by the Administrator of USAID.  In addition, I was responsible for travel arrangements, completing electronic country clearances, and ensuring all timesheets were completed.  I was later promoted to an Administrative Assistant Manager; I supervised 21 administrative assistants, training staff on agency policies and procedures, completing performance evaluations, preparing complex correspondence, reviewing and approving routine correspondence, and reviewing and approving all timesheets using GovTA software.

I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Nyack College and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern University. I feel that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization.  My passions for research and law have improved my ability to think strategically and excel professionally and academically.  I am eager to learn new skills and add to those that have been acquired through academia and prior work experience.

As a result, I hold a secret clearance and am accustomed to handling confidential information.

I have received numerous awards from USAID for my stellar work habits. My most recent was Contracting Officer of the Year in 2024.
