With over 23 years of experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in multiple roles including investigator, federal prosecutor, supervisor, and executive manager as well as over six years as a member of management teams in the private sector, I am a proven and successful leader. My experience navigating varied and often ambiguous investigative and business environments to include compliance, personnel and contracting issues, has enabled me to provide sound advice not only to subordinates and peers, but also to executives. I provide strong and decisive leadership across organizational components by building consensus, being responsive to individual needs, and reinforcing the importance of teamwork, while focusing on the organization’s overall objectives.
