Former Deputy Assistant General Counsel at HUD, specializing in agency litigation including FCA, FOIA, APA and actions and disputes involving federal funding. Previously served a chambers law clerk to numerous federal judges in the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta) and Middle District of Tennessee (Nashville) and represented individuals and non-profits in numerous successful lawsuits under Title VII, 1981, and the 14th and First Amendments as a civil rights litigator in the American South. Currently in private practice representing consumers in class action lawsuits with an emphasis on privacy, AI, and advertising.
