Executive leader with 20 plus years of expertise in leading organizational transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across government and private sectors. I am known for strategic acumen, bold vision, and the ability to execute. My career has been built on successfully aligning operations with strategy, strengthening operations and mission readiness, and leading through complexity with clarity and integrity.
In my early career, I was a management consultant with companies such as Deloitte leading large-scale organizational change and process improvement projects. I advanced to Senior Principal at Hay Group, advising cabinet-level agencies and global enterprises on strategy, organizational change management, and performance improvement.
As a Practice Leader, I set the strategic direction of the practice, championed business development, and managed key client relationships, while ensuring above target financial performance and the optimal development of my team to deliver best-in-class services.
My government work started when I joined USAID as a Franklin Fellow and rose through senior leadership roles to become Director of the Bureau for Management’s Office of Management Policy, Budget and Performance. As an executive leader, I administered multibillion-dollar budgets, enterprise planning, and agency-wide initiatives that strengthened operations and mission readiness.
Notable contributions include:
✦ Directed enterprise operations for global mission readiness, overseeing a multibillion-dollar operating expense budget and policies across an agency-wide scope of 80+ countries.
✦ Launched the Organizational Health Index at USAID, driving measurable improvements in effectiveness and performance, and upheld by the interagency as a gold standard.
✦ Established a Safeguarding Unit to protect aid recipients worldwide from exploitation and abuse, embedding accountability mechanisms into operations.
✦ Managed mission-critical stakeholder engagement, operating across government and donor channels to build coalitions that drove enterprise transformation.
