With expertise in social and environmental science, communications, program management, and playing in the dirt, I can help you manage programs and have fun while doing it! I find purpose working with mission-driven organizations and cross-sector partnerships to tackle complex social and environmental issues. As an award-winning facilitator and researcher, I work effectively both in groups and independently. I believe there is abundance to share, and we all do better when we help each other. Some of my proudest professional moments include:

• Working to re-establish a wild population of a plant species that was previously considered extinct in the wild.
• Coordinating events that brought best-selling authors in to speak with people as they enjoyed nourishing, homemade meals.
• Leading an exploration of what makes environmental education programs across the United States effective.
• Reaching 5,000+ students and professionals with government-wide efforts to support people on their professional jouneys, achieving a 95% satisfaction rating and leading the governtment-wide facilitation approach.
• Sharing science success stories from the US Geological Survey, the National Park Service, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration with the public in an accessible manner via website content, social media platforms, open-access articles, and international conferences.
• Helping hundreds of thousands of individuals recognize their power to positively impact their communities through (fun!) social and environmental change.
• Hearing everyone else's story! There are always additional stories to share, and I would love to hear some of yours.
