About

As founder and principal of Siedschlag Advisory, I help organizations de-risk their regulatory strategy and navigate high-stakes environmental and energy policy challenges.

After leading communications, policy, and programs at EPA and DOE, I now partner with organizations to anticipate and respond to regulatory risks, strengthen stakeholder trust, and communicate with confidence when the stakes are high.

At DOE, I developed and implemented communications strategies for the $8.8 billion Home Energy Rebates program, accelerating state deployment by 3-6 months and creating two of DOE's five most-visited websites.

In my 13 years at EPA, I held leadership roles in air, water, pesticides, toxics, sustainable materials management, Superfund, and compliance programs. I led crisis communications during the Covid response, a redesign of state oversight to be 40% more efficient, and a realignment of the national food waste goal with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

I've managed $5M+ budgets, briefed cabinet secretaries, revitalized teams and programs, navigated complex interagency dynamics, and delivered results under pressure.
