About

I specialize in aligning policy, partnerships, and strategic influence, helping leaders and institutional stakeholders move complex priorities forward.

With a background in advancing defense, energy, and economic initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and Washington, my career has been defined by the ability to navigate sensitive political dynamics, engage across levels of government, and deliver outcomes that reflect both policy intent and operational precision.

Highlights include negotiating multiple $5M contract extensions after rebuilding partner trust, shaping the U.S. position on a withdrawn $16M UN resolution, and launching a bilateral National Guard partnership on behalf of the Governor of Arizona. Whether advising ambassadors or briefing members of Congress, I bring a steady, solution-focused approach grounded in credibility, discretion, and a deep respect for the relationships that make policy work.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Across every post (Baghdad, Muscat, Lagos, Cairo, and Washington), I’ve served as the bridge between US priorities and host-nation realities. The common thread has been translating strategic objectives into influence: building coalitions, shaping messages, and guiding decisions through personal relationships and institutional trust.

Whether negotiating with foreign ministries, briefing members of Congress, or coordinating multi-agency response efforts, I’ve consistently delivered results by aligning institutional goals with stakeholder priorities. That experience – grounded in credibility, discretion, and a deep understanding of how policy moves through people – is directly applicable to public affairs, government relations, and lobbying roles

I’m now looking to bring that influence home, advising on domestic and international policy, managing strategic partnerships, and helping organizations navigate the political landscape with clarity and purpose.
