I am a program and operations executive, general manager, and business unit leader with more than 20 years of experience managing complex service organizations in federally regulated environments. I’ve led portfolios exceeding $100 million, owned financial performance, grown business through client satisfaction and contract expansion, built high-performing distributed teams, and consistently aligned strategy with execution.

I have led complex portfolios and regional business units in highly regulated environments, with accountability for revenue, budget performance, client satisfaction, operational execution, and team leadership. I have led distributed teams across multiple countries, consistently exceeded financial targets, and helped organizations grow through strong client relationships, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.

My background is in professional services and federal contracting, but the business challenges I've solved are universal: improving operational performance, strengthening financial results, growing client portfolios, leading organizational change, developing high-performing teams, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.

I earned a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish, international affairs, and Latin American studies from Xavier University and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University. I am fluent in Spanish and reside in Silver Spring, Maryland.
