About

For 20+ years, I’ve led teams and advised organizations on risk, compliance, and investigations. I’ve managed cases tied to fraud, corruption, financial activity, and other criminal matters—leaping over obstacles in real time and making decisions based on incomplete information.

I step in early, support teams in the field, and brief senior leadership as events unfold. The goal is to anticipate problems before they arise and respond quickly once they do, protecting the organization and the people involved.

Throughout my career, I’ve navigated operations and teams from different perspectives. As a prosecutor, I learned how cases are evaluated and challenged. As an agent, I ran investigations directly. In leadership positions, I guided those efforts, ensuring accountability across the board.

Strong relationships are critical to making this work possible.

I’ve built law enforcement connections from scratch. I’ve restored partnerships between agencies that hadn’t trusted each other for decades. I’ve been called to the field after a shooting or major incident, knowing the last thing anyone wants is someone from headquarters second-guessing them.

It only works if people trust you from the start.
