I litigate cases for clients that have been screwed by big companies, government agencies, or both. And I represent clients in grand jury and government investigations. I draw on experience as a former federal prosecutor and as a state consumer protection attorney. I’ve prosecuted and defended cases involving tax fraud, corruption and government ethics, cartels and monopolies, and fraud on consumers.

I was a litigator for the state in headline-making antitrust and consumer protection cases.

My most notable cases included the Google Play antitrust litigation, the 50-state settlement with Johnson & Johnson over its talc products, the antitrust challenge to NCAA “year in residence” transfer rules, and settlements with McKinsey and Publicis over their roles in the opioid crisis.
