About

I’m a science communicator, certified medical writer, public relations specialist, and subject matter expert in digital accessibility. Having spent 12+ years bridging the space between communicators, developers, and researchers across scientific fields, I love leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific and technical information into written and multimedia formats for diverse audiences. I’m at my best solving problems and developing new systems to enhance organizational outreach and support researchers and scientists.

I began my career as a bench scientist, but more recently I’ve served as a science communicator, public affairs specialist, and as an accessibility program manager, building structures to increase Section 508 compliance and support employees and stakeholders with disabilities while also sharing novel biomedical research and technological advances.
