Guiding strategy through trust, clarity, and connection

LynnMarie Arceneaux is a strategic real estate and client planning leader with more than two decades of experience guiding complex organizations through change. She is recognized for her relationship-centered advisory approach, building trust, facilitating meaningful dialogue, and helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and purpose while aligning people, strategy, and space in service of mission-driven outcomes.
LynnMarie Arceneaux spent more than 20 years with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), serving as a trusted advisor and strategic leader across federal real estate, workplace planning, and client engagement. Her career reflects extensive expertise in guiding agencies through complex portfolio decisions, improving operational excellence, developing people-centered workplace strategies, and aligning real estate solutions with mission, culture, and long-term operational needs.
Regional Planning Manager
In her most recent role, LynnMarie served as a Regional Planning Manager supporting a portfolio of approximately 65 tenant agencies across GSA’s former Region 8 (Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota). Her primary clients included the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Small Business Administration (SBA).
She led multi-year portfolio plans, workplace strategies, and long-range project development efforts that enhanced agency missions and strengthened federal real estate investments. LynnMarie partnered with executive-level agency leaders to translate evolving mission needs into actionable portfolio strategies, shaping requirements for new construction, large-scale capital investment planning, major renovations, consolidations, and workplace modernization.
She was frequently relied upon to facilitate high-stakes conversations involving competing priorities, complex resource constraints, and multi-agency coordination, including collaboration with GSA Central Office. Her work elevated service delivery, strengthened client relationships, and informed strategic planning for some of the federal government’s most mission-critical programs.
Regional Account Manager
Prior to planning, LynnMarie served as a Regional Account Manager supporting agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Commerce (DOC). In this role, she acted as the primary liaison between federal clients and GSA’s Public Buildings Service, ensuring alignment between agency missions, real estate strategies, and service delivery outcomes.
She was recognized for bringing clarity and creativity to complex situations, managing portfolios with diverse operational requirements, and strengthening agency satisfaction through consistent communication, trust-building, and proactive problem-solving. This role refined her expertise in customer experience, real estate service delivery, and multi-agency relationship management.
Early Federal Career
LynnMarie’s earlier roles at GSA included Realty Specialist positions in both leased and federally owned portfolios, project management support, and administrative and realty support services. These foundational positions built her technical understanding of federal real estate operations, space and portfolio management, acquisition and leasing processes, and cross-agency coordination. They also shaped her future leadership in strategic planning, client engagement, and service delivery excellence.
LynnMarie brings a relationship-centered advisory approach shaped by two decades of guiding federal agencies through complex decisions and organizational change. Her strength lies in building rapport and trust quickly, staying curious, and facilitating honest conversations that help leaders navigate competing priorities with clarity, connection, and confidence.
She excels in environments where alignment is needed across diverse stakeholders, missions, and expectations. LynnMarie’s advisory work blends strategic insight with emotional intelligence, enabling her to translate complex real estate, workplace, and organizational challenges into clear, actionable pathways for decision-making.
Her facilitative leadership style makes her particularly effective in situations where communication gaps, strategic ambiguity, or differing priorities risk slowing progress. She helps teams surface the real issues, name what matters, and move toward aligned solutions that support both people and mission.
LynnMarie offers advisory support in client engagement, organizational planning, team alignment, and strategic decision-making. She brings a unique ability to translate federal real estate frameworks into clear, accessible strategies, serving as a trusted consultant, executive advisor, or contributor to board-level discussions. Her work consistently strengthens relationships, elevates service delivery, and enables organizations to move forward with confidence and connection.
In addition to her professional work, LynnMarie values connection, community, and hospitality, all shaped by growing up in a family-owned restaurant and a lifelong gift for nurturing relationships built around shared experiences (and probably some coffee or football).
