About

Program and policy leader with over a decade of experience driving impact across federal government and nonprofit sectors. At FEMA, I led efforts to remove barriers to disaster assistance—most notably through the 2024 Tribal Declarations Interim Guidance, which expanded access for Tribal Nations and shaped broader agency reforms.

My work spans policy implementation, training design, and strategic collaboration. Highlights include managing multiple government contracts, launching an online collaboration hub for 600+ staff, and designing training for 1,500+ participants to strengthen disaster recovery outcomes.

Beyond FEMA, I served as Co-President of Women of Peace Corps Legacy, advancing women’s leadership through strategic planning, events, and mentorship programs. I am driven by a commitment to resilience, and results—bringing a collaborative and mission-focused lens to every challenge.
