  • Authored a white paper, “Maturing Enterprise Architecture Governance within Federal Agencies” (May 2012), which identifies benefits of maturing EA governance programs, common challenges, and recommends an approach to successfully achieve maturity based on a case study of my team’s work at the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS).
