About

I’m a strategic systems architect who helps mission-driven organizations bring clarity, coherence, and measurable impact to complex work. With two decades in international development, I’ve led cross-functional teams, designed operating models, and built the governance, standards, and decision-making structures that allow people and programs to thrive.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and human-centered design. I’m energized by planning for the future, making sense of complexity, and creating frameworks that help organizations move from intention to execution. I love digging into research, spotting patterns, and translating insights into practical tools that strengthen alignment and performance. My approach blends analytical rigor with conceptual creativity—an unusual combination that allows me to see both the big picture and the structural details that make it work.

I’m known for bringing order to ambiguity, elevating insights for senior leaders, and designing systems that scale. With the outcome in mind, I focus on creating clarity, consistent communication, strengthening collaboration, and enabling better decisions. I lead through influence, thoughtful partnership, and a deep belief that systems should serve people—not the other way around.

I’ve managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, led technical and research teams, and built organization-wide standards for program quality and impact. I’ve worked across cultures, disciplines, and sectors, and I’m at my best in environments where strategy, evidence, and creativity come together to solve meaningful problems.

I’m seeking VP/Senior Director positions in philanthropy, organizational effectiveness, corporate responsibility, and strategic initiatives. I’m especially drawn to organizations looking to modernize their operating models, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and elevate impact through evidence-based strategy. I thrive in roles where I can design systems, shape direction, and help teams work more effectively together.

If you’re building something that requires clarity, structure, and a future-oriented perspective, I’d welcome a conversation.
