About

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a commitment to public service and the belief that effective government programs can create meaningful, lasting change in people’s lives. My professional experience spans federal agencies, nonprofit administration, and investigations work, all centered on strengthening public systems, promoting accountability, and improving outcomes for communities.

As a Presidential Management Fellow with the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services and Housing and Urban Development, I managed oversight and analysis of large-scale federal grant portfolios supporting housing, workforce development, economic mobility, and community revitalization initiatives nationwide. My work included evaluating multimillion-dollar funding applications, monitoring program performance, identifying implementation risks, and developing data-driven recommendations to improve transparency, efficiency, and impact. I also contributed to modernization initiatives designed to strengthen federal grantmaking processes and enhance accountability in the stewardship of public funds.

Earlier in my career, I supported federally funded international exchange programs at the Institute of International Education and served at HUD’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, where I worked on civil rights and compliance matters that reinforced equitable access to public resources and opportunities.

In addition to my public sector experience, my current investigations role has strengthened my ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, analyze risk, and collaborate across stakeholders to drive organizational improvement. Across every role, I have remained committed to advancing public programs that strengthen communities, promote fairness, and deliver measurable results for the people they serve.
