Nestor Bustamante is a seasoned litigator representing diverse members of the construction industry. With nearly four decades of experience, Nestor handles a wide variety of complex matters related to construction litigation and arbitrations, contracts, licensing, suretyship, building permits and codes, bid protests, and construction liens.
