About

Leader in IT for any size organization, most recently responsible for protecting PHI for more than 10,000 Teamsters Union members with zero security issues during tenure. Served humbly and honorably in the US Navy as a FireControlman (E-5) which provided me the temperament, determination and empathy to excel in advanced electronics and Information Technology. My passion for customer service and technology empowerment led me to the healthcare industry to work alongside amazing people. I have a Bachelor of Science in IT/Network Management from Colorado Technical University which is a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) accredited school. I bring an unwavering work ethic and drive to make IT operations and cybersecurity a priority but not a burden.

Recently I filed for a utility process patent in UCaaS for internal business training. The AI revolution left a gap that this process fills and will enable any leading UCaaS provider to offer businesses a complete telecommunications suite for the first time. The best part is I already have proof of concept in the very regulated healthcare industry. Sound interesting? Contact me for more information.
