About

I am a human-centered systems thinker with more than eight years of experience leading workforce strategy, talent management, employee engagement, strategic communications, and organizational transformation across federal agencies. Throughout my federal career, I combined data-informed strategy with human-centered design to help people navigate change with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported through pivotal moments of growth. Known for my deep empathy and exuberant joy for life, I bring warmth, optimism, and authentic connection to every interaction.

I believe leadership begins within. My coaching inspires people to embrace their whole selves with curiosity, compassion, and courage, honoring each person's unique experiences while unlocking their potential. I believe joy is a powerful source of resilience and that leading with heart creates lasting ripples of trust, belonging, and positive change.

When I’m not coaching, community-building, or collaborating on mission-driven opportunities, you can find me hiking trails, road-tripping, playing board games, paddling on a nearby lake, or simply enjoying quality time with my partner and our fur baby, Stormy. I also love gardening, tending to our axolotls’ aquatic plants, and spreading joy through handwritten snail mail.
