Rebecca (Becky) Rohr is the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Investigations at Ericsson, where she is responsible for the ethics and compliance program and government and internal investigations. She manages a global team of lawyers, compliance professionals, and investigators. Before joining Ericsson in 2022, she worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Vice President of Anti-Corruption and Global Trade in the Ethics & Compliance Office. Ms. Rohr served at the U.S. Department of Justice for approximately 15 years, including as the Principal Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section in the Criminal Division, Deputy Chief of Staff in the Criminal Division, and as an A.U.S.A. in the Southern District of New York. She has also worked at Covington & Burling LLP, and she began her career in the Attorney General’s Honors Program at DOJ in the Civil Fraud Section of the Civil Division. She clerked for the Hon. Harry L. Hupp in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and she graduated from the UCLA School of Law in 1998 and Cornell University in 1995. She lives in Washington D.C. with her teenage twins.
