Ruth J. Hackford-Peer

I was an Assistant United States Attorney from 2016 to January 2025. I prosecuted financial and environmental crimes. I was the Deputy Section Chief over Securities Fraud 2022-2025. I’m now in private practice focusing on government and internal investigations, white collar defense, and general commercial and business litigation. Notable cases: U.S. v. Koerber, U.S. v.
