My name is Robert Loveless. I'm an Army veteran with experience in recruiting, security operations, sales, and engineering. I’m eager to start the next chapter of my professional journey. During my five years in the Marine Corps as a Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team member and a fulfilling tenure in the Army, I honed strong leadership skills as both an engineer and an Army recruiter.

I have demonstrated key qualities such as meticulous attention to detail, resilience, teamwork, adaptability, and integrity throughout my career. As an Army Reserve Recruiter, I successfully screened over 500 applicants to ensure their readiness for active duty and reserve positions. I also expanded our influencer network, utilizing strategic communications to impact the career paths of numerous service members positively.
