The primary responsibilities of this role include providing strategic planning and technical guidance, analyzing complex agency requirements and regulatory guidelines, and coordinating with executive leaders to ensure effective program delivery and administration. Responsible for developing a new and streamlined system for CDC-wide leadership development, encompassing communications, operating procedures, policy, and training plans. Lastly, organizing talent management and program review meetings, evaluating career structures to identify resource needs, and assisting in the creation of enterprise-wide career development plans that align with organizational goals.
