Development, evaluation, implementation and tracking of facilities optimization practices aimed at reducing cost and utilities used, facilities conditions improvement, and preservation of assets
Providing subject matter expertise with the offices of planning, design quality and construction related to development, review and implementation of projects, focused primarily on energy use, ESPCs, energy efficient technologies, ECMs, and sustainability elements
