About

I’m on a mission to build climate-resilient forests and communities.

How do we move from reactive individual treatments to proactive, landscape-scale resilience? By using science-based planning, modeling, and long-term analysis to design multi-decadal vegetation treatment strategies. Each treatment builds on the last to scale ecological effectiveness across time and space.

As a senior natural resource and climate resilience leader, I bring 20+ years of experience translating forest science into cross-sector programs that scale restoration and wildfire recovery. Healthy forests are essential infrastructure, vital for carbon storage, water security, wildlife, and community well-being. My approach blends strategic policy insight, technical forestry expertise, and partnership design to unlock funding, expand capacity, and align restoration outcomes with climate and equity goals.

During my career, I have:
• Directed silviculture and reforestation programs across 25M acres and 12 National Forests, managing
$2-5M in annual budgets and advancing climate-resilient forest recovery.
• Co-authored the 2024 United States Forest Service (USFS) Northern Region 10-Year Reforestation
Implementation Plan, shaping regional strategies that advance the USFS National Reforestation
Strategy.
• Delivered 30+ regional and national trainings for 400+ professionals, building implementation
partner capacity and workforce development.
• Mentored 60+ certified and trainee USFS silviculturists, building the next generation of forest
resilience professionals.

I collaborate with different perspectives to promote innovation in active forest management. Together, we create the best solutions to complex environmental challenges.
