About

I am a former federal program manager with 25 years of experience in environmental conservation and policy implementation, spanning national headquarters, state offices, and field-level operations. I have worked closely with landowners, farmers, and partner organizations to translate regulations into practical, actionable conservation programs.

Much of my work was carried out through state-level teams, providing guidance, support, and program reviews while collaborating with local staff and partners to achieve measurable results. This structure allowed me to apply my experience across all states, helping ensure effective program delivery on the ground.

I am currently exploring opportunities to leverage my policy and program experience in advisory roles, non-profit boards, or consulting engagements focused on sustainability, governance, and environmental management. I believe that thoughtful policy implementation, applied at the right scale, can create meaningful, lasting benefits for land and the people who care for it
