About

I’m an experienced executive assistant and operations professional with over a decade of supporting senior leaders across federal government, higher education, and healthcare. I currently support a Forest Supervisor with the U.S. Forest Service, where I manage high-level priorities, improve internal workflows, and help lead wellness initiatives as part of the Safety and Wellness Committee.

Alongside that work, I find deep meaning in my role as a hospital liaison—helping patients and families navigate complicated systems with compassion, clarity, and grit. I’m at my best when I’m making things run smoother for others, whether it’s behind the scenes or in the middle of the storm.

I’m open to new opportunities, whether that’s continuing as an executive assistant or stepping into people-centered roles in HR or operations. I bring government know-how, a steady presence, and a deep belief in helping good people do their best work.
