· Provide legal advice on federal acquisitions during all phases of procurement of information technology and other professional services, and federally-owned buildings.
· Represent GSA before the U.S. Government Accountability Office to defend protests.
· Advise the Federal Acquisition Service and the Public Buildings Service on current and new acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Provide guidance on general ethics questions and completion of OGE Form 450.
