About

I am a purpose-driven Program Operations Executive with 20+ years of experience leading complex global operations, building inclusive teams, and driving strategic growth for mission-based organizations. Before the closure of USAID, I oversaw a $180M international humanitarian response portfolio, led a global workforce, managed cross-functional operations, and ensured readiness and resilience across more than 65 countries annually.

My expertise spans operational strategy, organizational transformation, team development, crisis management, systems design, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve built scalable infrastructure, implemented performance frameworks, and advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion across multi-sector institutions. My leadership is grounded in integrity, coordination, and compassion—backed by a strong track record of results under pressure.

Earlier in my career, I led international conservation programs at the U.S. Forest Service, partnering with global governments, NGOs, and academic institutions to deliver ecosystem management solutions. Now, I am intentionally transitioning into senior operations leadership roles in the conservation and social impact sector, where I can apply my operational acumen to advance environmental resilience, policy impact, and systems-level change—for both people and planet.
