In 2019, Joe started his Northrop Grumman career as Senior Corporate Counsel in AS primarily supporting the F-35 and F/A-18 programs. In 2023, Joe moved to his current role in Cyber and Privacy law. Before joining Northrop, Joe was Senior Counsel at the Akin, where he focused on government contracting transactions and litigation. Prior to Akin Gump, Joe clerked at the Court of Federal Claims and served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force.
Joe received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy.
