I'm a senior operations and executive-office leader with 20+ years of experience helping senior principals, boards, and organizations run at their best. My career spans federal agencies, Capitol Hill, international NGOs, and one of the world's leading foreign policy think tanks — building the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that let leaders focus on their highest-value decisions.
Along the way, I've coordinated executive travel into active conflict zones, rebuilt teams from near-total attrition into high-performing units, briefed executive boards on program strategy and finances, and managed multimillion-dollar budgets and grant portfolios with full compliance. My work has taken me from Capitol Hill to Kyiv, and my roots in transatlantic policy go back to the earliest days of my career.
I am completing a PMP certification, hold a Master's in Diplomacy from Norwich University, and a B.A. in Political Science from American University, and I'm fluent in Spanish with working French.
I'm currently exploring Chief of Staff and senior operations leadership opportunities where I can bring strategic direction, judgment, discretion, and operational rigor to a mission I believe in.
