About
I’m a mission-driven program leader with two decades of experience managing global operations, leading cross-cultural teams, and navigating complexity under pressure. As a U.S. diplomat, I oversaw programs, services, and partnerships in a wide range of environments—always with a focus on operational integrity, clear communication, and people-first leadership.
My career spans consular affairs, organizational change, interagency collaboration, and public engagement. I’ve built systems that thrive in both fast-paced and resource-constrained settings, mentored rising leaders, and delivered results when failure wasn’t an option.
I also bring a creative, entrepreneurial lens as founder of a small publishing imprint and certified travel advisor—skills that reflect my passion for strategy, storytelling, and building meaningful connections across borders and sectors.
I’m now seeking consulting, project-based, or full-time opportunities in program management, publishing, or global operations—especially roles that prioritize collaborative leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide people and programs with clarity, cultural fluency, and interpersonal ease.
