I spent 15 years as an investigator for USDOL’s OFCCP auditing federal contractors’ affirmative action plans for compliance with federal statutes and conducting human resource duties in accordance with local demographics. Prior to my tenure with OFCCP, I worked in accounting and law in staff and associate capacities working in taxation and construction litigation. I am a Florida certified mediator in county, circuit and family (pending) matters. Additionally, I have a Florida Bar license.
