Vincent L. DiCianni

Vin DiCianni is the President and founder of Affiliated Monitors Inc., a company solely dedicated to providing independent monitoring and compliance services in the U.S. and internationally. Before starting Affiliated Monitors in 2004, Mr. DiCianni served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and as an attorney in private practice representing businesses and professionals.

Affiliated Monitors provides independent integrity monitoring services for many State Attorney General’s Offices, the Office of the Inspector General or Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Environmental Protection Administration, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the World Bank and other federal, state, and municipal agencies.

In addition to overseeing Affiliated Monitors, and serving as an independent integrity monitor, Affiliated Monitors regularly compliance risk and ethical culture and compliance assessments for clients in diverse fields, such as not-for-profit entities, construction, antitrust, healthcare, corrections, financial services, education, and government contracting. AMI works with clients to craft appropriate compliance measurement tools and to implement long-term strategies for supporting a culture of compliance within organizations.
